Reporting

a vital bread earner at ADA. Over
and above your sound technical qualifications
- preferably an engineer and MBA
with 12 years' experience in an IT
Driven environment - you must have
a strong penchant for relationship
building and act on the tenet that

You must lead from the front and
take responsibility for:

- The
smooth functioning of development labs
including Network, Internet and supporting
infrastructure
- The
planning and execution of all projects
to meet strict international standards
- Adherence
to Standards and Processes by all staff
- Effective
participation in technical sessions and
guidance of development teams
- Recruitment
and training of additional staff and team
building
- In
house and external training of development
staff, counseling, mentoring for employee
retention
- Effective
liaison with Government, Statuary and other
authorities
- Relationship
management external consultants, visiting
customers, business partners, hardware
and software vendors and quality auditors
- Ad
hoc projects related to overall operations
of the development labs

closely with the COO to build and
lead your technical team. We see
you as a prime mover. Over and above
your sound technical qualifications
- preferably an engineer and MBA
with 12 years' experience in team
building and a technical knowledge
centre. You must lead from the front
and take responsibility for:

Preferably
an engineer with a minimum of 7 years
in Software Design and Development,
as an architect you will Drive our
Model Driven Architecture and Component
Based Design of Enterprise Solutions.
We expect you to have a sound understanding
of OMG MDA, UML, BPM, and Component
Architectures from OMG, Microsoft
(.NET) and Sun (J2EE) and interoperability
between them. The experience should
be in real implementation of Large
Projects.

a MBA with a minimum of 7 years experience,
our Business Managers are Domain
experts and represent our customers,
with a focus on getting things done
right the first time and every time.
You shall be responsible for the
Delivery to the Customer and you
are the customer for our Project
Leaders. You will therefore ensure
that the Service Level Agreements
defined and agreed by you with our
customers are fulfilled by us. You
are also responsible for all customer
relations including commercial

Managers:
With at least 5-7 years in IT and
project management as well as relevant
technical skills

Senior
Developers / Module Leaders:
With at least 3-5 years in hands
on Software Development, Coding
and Testing. Knowledge of Extreme
